Recipe: Potato Bread

(1) Boil 5 potatoes (size of your fist) in water.
(2) Keep water and mash while still hot.
(3) Add a little bit of salt.
(4) Let potatoes cool.
(5) Mix in enough rye flour and wheat flour to make a dough.
(6) Knead until a good soft dough.
(7) Separate dough into two inch balls.
(8) Have oven at least 500 degrees Fahrenheit, or as hot as possible.
(9) Roll ball out as thin as possible.
(10) Put in oven with cookie sheet.
(11) Turn over once.
(12) Bake until brown or done.
(13) Repeat steps (9) to (12).
